The Award of the Herring is a Kingdom Award that honors and recognizes those who have distinguished themselves by extraordinary achievement as autocrats.
This award was added to Kingdom Law in February 2000. It has also been called the Award of the Silver Herring. Ann Etheridge of Somerset was given this recognition while Atlantia was still a principality on May 28, 1977, during the reign of TRH Alaric and Yseult.
