Siege
Nicolo has been active in the siege community since authorizing in 2013. He has built two engines to date: A traction trebuchet and a counter weight trebuchet, both based on early Chinese designs that were later found in Europe. He also acts as the custodian of Sigfodr, an oak arbalest built by Sir Jonathas Reinisch and owned by Master William le Younger. He occasionally teaches classes on siege weapons to both adults and children.
Crafts
He dabbles in woodworking and has made several camp items, including a settle (a combination seat and chest), a collapsible storage rack for rapier equipment, and support parts for canvas pavilions. He also knits and occasionally makes simple leather goods.
Forestry
While not a formally sworn Forester, Nicolo has had a lifelong interest in the outdoors and primitive bushcraft skills. His main area of expertise is cordage and knot-tying.
