Atlantia does not, traditionally, adhere to sumptuary laws beyond those of the Society as a whole. For example, while Peerage regalia is reserved for those with those particular Peerages - circlet height is not restricted to a specific inch. For information on other Atlantian traditions, see the Traditions page.

Belts

  • White: This is reserved for members of the Chivalry
  • Red: This is traditional for squires
  • Yellow: This is traditional for proteges
  • Green: This is traditional for apprentices

Collars

  • White: This is reserved for members of the Order of Defense

Other Regalia

The full list of reserved regalia is listed here. It includes things like an unadorned chain for the Chivalry and a Cap of Maintenance for the Pelicans. Note that the items above labeled "traditional" are not officially reserved, but may cause confusion if used outside of the traditional purpose.

Heraldic Charges

There are a variety of charges, beyond just the badge of the order, that are reserved. They are listed here.

  • Baronial Coronets: These have 6 points and are reserved for those that are territorial or court baronage.
  • County Coronets: These exhibit crenelations and are reserved for those that have reigned over a Kingdom or Principality (Viscounty) once.
