== Introduction ==
Baroness Oriana of Xylina (pronouns: she/her/hers) resides in the [[Tir-y-Don|Barony of Tir-y-Don]] in the Kingdom of Atlantia. She is a member of the [[Order of the Pelican|Order of the Pelican]]. Oriana is currently honored to be the Baroness of [[Tir-y-Don]] and previously served as Baroness of [[Tir-y-Don]] from 1999-2003. Service is her main focus. She is a member of the Knowne World Courtesans and [[L'abbaye des abeilles]]: The [[Atlantian Courtesan Guild]].
 
Oriana joined the SCA in 1986, having been introduced by her dear friend, Assar, and accompanied by another dear friend Iseulte. She has lived in the [[Tir-y-Don|Barony of Tir-y-Don]] forever, happily. Early in her SCA adventure, she was taken in by House Ainissestor, the Household of Sir Tnek and Mistress Tannis. Oriana has dabbled in a myriad of activities including; Armoured Combat, Field and Court Heraldry, Rapier Combat, Archery, MOL, Retaining and various event positions. Her favorite A&S activities are pewter casting, silver-smithing, enameling and anything else jewelry related.
