The Order of the Opal is an Order of Merit that honors and recognizes those subjects who have distinguished themselves by their service to Atlantia.
The first recipient of this accolade was Gwendolyn Tremayne, given by Their Royal Majesties Cuán and Pádraigín at Their Last Court on April 5, 2003.
