Preparing for a demo in the Middle Kingdom.

William of Glencoe is a Franco-Scot living in the English Court in 1570. The son of a Scottish seafarer and a French mother, he gained nautical experience on board his father’s ship, accompanying him on his travels. While traveling the coasts of Europe, William began learning the art of defense. In addition, he has practiced a wide variety of arts and sciences: beekeeping, brewing (primarily mead), calligraphy and illumination, leather working, and cooking, among others.

William first appeared in the Barony of Black Diamond, in AS 38. He was a core founder of what now exists as the Canton of Seven Hills, before moving to the Middle Kingdom. He returned to fair Atlantia in AS 57 (2022) to the Shire of Roxbury Mill where he currently serves as Knight Marshal and Deputy Seneschal. At Spring Coronation of the same year (2023), he became a Free Scholar in the Academie d’Espée.
