Introduction

I joined the SCA in 2003 in the Kingdom of Atlantia. I wanted to become a great scribe and practiced for years. However, researching and sewing historically accurate clothing drew me away from the scribal arts (pun intended!). These days I spend most of my time sewing clothing and teaching a variety of costume-related subjects.

Heraldry

A&S Philosophy

Have no fear. Try any art or science that you're interested in. Everyone starts as a beginner. Don't compare your efforts to the efforts of more experienced people. Compete against yourself, not others.

Service Philosophy

Everyone provides service in their own way. My way is to sew garb for pro-bono for friends who provide a great deal of service to others.
