How do I change the name of my page from "User:Declan" to just "Declan MAaDockery"?

Changing the name of my people page
When my page was created, the name defaulted to User:Declan.
Other people in the Kingdom are listed with their name, without the word user and a colon prepended.
How do I change the way I am listed in the people pages from User:Declan (which is ambiguous with another Declan adjacent), to Declan MacDockery?
