The Queen's Order of Courtesy is a Non-Precedence Order that shall be conferred by the Queen of Atlantia upon such subjects as she deems worthy by reason of their consistently exemplary courtesy to subjects of all ranks in this Realm and in the Society at large.
The first was given to Vuong Manh on April 16, 1977, during the reign of TRH Alaric and Yseult.
