Unevent is an annual 'business meeting' for kingdom officers and orders. The office meetings, and corrosponding 'office hours', are generally open to the public but order meetings are closed and for members of those orders only. This is not a traditional SCA event and, when held in person, it is not uncommon for people to attend in mundane clothes. This event is entirely about communication to ensure the successfull operation of orders and offices. 

Note that Unevent is different from Curia, where Kingdom laws and policies are reviewed and ratified.
