Colette is a [[free scholar]] within the rapier community that started in the [[Barony of Black Diamond]] in February 2014 under [[Master Aldemere McRafe|Master Aldemere]]’s instruction. She then moved to the [[Barony of Marinus]] later that year and became their rapier champion during her stay there. At the end of 2016, she moved to the Barony of Ponte Alto and became their rapier champion in February 2017. In August 2017, she joined the [[Order of the Sea Dragon]] at Pennsic War and moved to the Barony of Storvik.

At Pennsic War 2018, Master Dominyk, along with [[Master Brian de Moray]] and [[Master Aeron Harper]], raised her to the rank of Free Scholar in the [[Academie d'Espee]].

Despotes (using the SCA authorized alternative title for Master) Charimmos of Lakadaimonias (aka Charismos) currently lives in the [[Barony of Tir-y-Don]] and has since 2016. Much like his persona, Charimmos has travelled the Knowne World and has resided in numerous kingdoms due to previous employments with his Rich Uncle. Having been recognized and entered into various orders across these kingdoms, Charimmos keeps close ties with many of them, sometimes acting as an emissary upon the Royal's behalf.

Charimmos first began in the SCA in 1996 while then living in what was the Outlands. Having discovered the group through attendance at Colorado State University during a weekly practice, Charimmos has been sucked in ever since. First beginning in armored combat which he regularly enjoyed until medical direction to stop. Charimmos has now fought rapier since 2001 (with a bit of armored overlap) as his primary passion.

Sometimes called gold scarves, free scholars are the second level of the [[Academie d'Espee]]. It is generally understood free scholars possess novice to intermediate level prowess, regularly perform service, and are capable up-and-coming leaders within the rapier community. To become a free scholar, a scholar must have three (3) [[provost]] sponsors. Elevation to the Academie rank of free scholar does not involve the Crown and is not an award so much as it is a job within the community. A free scholar elevation, or ''prize fight'', involves a public display of the rapier fighter's prowess, a gifting of a prize box, a replacement of the blue scarf on the left arm with a gold one, and a swearing of the Free Scholar Oath.

Colette is a [[free scholar]] within the rapier community that started in the Barony of Black Diamond in February 2014 under [[Master Aldemere McRafe|Master Aldemere]]’s instruction. She then moved to the Barony of Marinus later that year and became their rapier champion during her stay there. At the end of 2016, she moved to the Barony of Ponte Alto and became their rapier champion in February 2017. In August 2017, she joined the [[Order of the Sea Dragon]] at Pennsic War and moved to the Barony of Storvik.

At Pennsic War 2018, Master Dominyk, along with [[Master Brian de Moray]] and [[Master Aeron Harper]], raised her to the rank of Free Scholar in the [[Academie d'Espee]].
